The project involved the refurbishment of an existing Arabic restaurant to a classical themed Indian Restaurant. Due to restricted budget the clients brief was to achieve the required transformation with minimal refurbishment. Minor modifications were made to the layout to increase the seating efficiency without affecting the area of the open kitchen and bar. Major alterations were achieved by theming the existing columns to the Indian style in keeping with the restaurant cuisine.
