The project involved the design and execution of a large scale Commercial Pharmaceutical facility in phases, with manufacturing and storage units. All major services had been designed and engineered to meet the requirements of a 24/7 operation facility. Special zones for ambient storage of the pharmaceuticals, with air-lock loading/unloading facility have been provided. To overcome the high energy usage of the facility, special study to provide solar panels had been reviewed, and be part of DEWA’s Al Shams solar project and to be green rated.
