The Marasi Development is a large master planned mixed-use development owned by Dubai Properties LLC, and designed by M/s Cracknell. The primary objective was to create an attractive and unique world class waterfront destination along the Business Bay Canal with the enhancement of the Business Bay public realm. A&D Studio were involved in the Concept to the Detail Design & Engineering of the structures and infrastructure works of the promenade, mainly the Retail Kiosks, Shade Structures, Utility Buildings etc. The Infrastructure Engineering for the promenade was also done by A&D Studio
