Part of the main Business Bay Master plan and designed as a commercial waterfront property with a waterfront view, this tower was designed from Concept to Preliminary Design stage with detailed review of the Business Bay Development Guidelines. Retail on the ground floor, and commercial & office spaces on the upper floors, with ample parking spaces as per standards in the 2 Basements and four Podium parking levels. The efficiency of the parking design helped save one basement level compared to the other surrounding properties.
