This competition project involved the design for a High-rise tower with 3 level basement parking, retail on the ground & mezzanine, Offices on the lower floors & High-end Residential Apartments on the upper levels, with pool and Health club facilities. The striking feature is the clean sweeping curl in plan, smooth curved façade, providing an interesting element to the rising tower.
