Located along the Al Khawaneej road, this project involved the design of forty no, 5-bed twin villa units with individual private gardens in a 20,800sqm plot. Each 5-bed Villa with a BUA of 410sqm has parking for 2 cars, maid’s room, utility room and a landscaped private backyard. The community has its own club house comprising of gym, swimming pool and games room.
