Located in the residential zone of Al Garhoud, this project involved the design of a new villa complex in an existing villa complex. The challenge was to get the maximum no. of villas with individual private gardens. A&D Studio designed two options, one with a 10 numbered 5-bed high end villas, and
another with a 22 numbered 3-bed villas with a community swimming pool and car garages
