Located on the prime realty zone of France, this project involved the refurbishment of existing 5no. penthouse duplex apartments into larger high end 2no. penthouse duplex apartments for the client, overlooking the marina and the sea, with one consisting of 5-Bedrooms and the other 6-Bedrooms. The service shafts were not disturbed and the entire design was improvised to fit with the existing services.
