A complete redesign of an existing 5-Star hotel in the heart of Nairobi’s CBD District. The brief was to redesign the internal foot print and add more rooms, keeping security issues in mind & enhancing the structure to a modern design. The entire façade was also revamped to a modern look. The internal hotel planning was reconfigured by relocating the lobby & restaurant to 1st floor level & retaining existing barrier of shops at the ground floor, which addressed the security concerns of the operator. The entire tower foot print was completely reconfigured to optimise the guest room layouts. Further additional rooms were added around the pool deck level.
