Located in Cyprus and perched on top of a small hill with grand view of the Mediterranean Sea. The existing 100 room’s dilapidated structure was refurbished & converted into a 4 Star Boutique Hotel. Underground spa and Hamam facility with entrance lobby & casual dining at the 1st floor was added as part of the refurbishment. 9 Independent brand new Villas with a grand suite at lower level & small terraced apartments at 1st floor with separate access, which could be easily combined into a duplex villa, were also added. An additional 300 seated Banquet Hall Facilities extendable into the outdoor terraces linked with the Tennis court for large gatherings, parties and functions were also added to the property.
