Located on the Sheikh Zayed Road, and originally designed as a residential building, the project involved revamping the entire interior layout & external façade to be converted into a 5-Star Hotel facility as per the clients directive half way through the construction. A&D Studio were involved with the concept design of the entire façade, including the stone cladded façade entrance and upgrade it to the opulence of a 5 Star hotel.
