Located at the centre of the hustling Nagpur city; this 8 acres mixed-use development required setting up a new modern market complex on a plot of size 31,100sqm with shopping mall, retails, commercial, residential and vegetable market with a total BUA of 62,200sqm. The Master Plan was developed as an open public plaza concept, allowing proper segregation of the various zones keeping in mind harmonic order between the pedestrian and vehicular movements.
