Located on the SZR, the project brief was to redesign the 30-storey tower interior layouts to convert it into a 4-Star Hotel. The main challenge was to provide a complete solution keeping the existing building services and with minimal modifications. The proposal included converting the existing 170 Apartment building in to a 464 Key Hotel with 2 Restaurants, Bar, & Health club facilities in line with the DTCM 4 Star category guidelines.
