One of the first major projects in DWC with a total BUA of 43,000sqm, this warehouse & office facility is designed on a plot of size 140,660sqm. The project consists of 3 building blocks with separate storage and office areas for each block as per the client’s requirements. The warehouse area of 36,000sqm has access both from the front and rear of the plot with 150 Trailer parking bays, whereas the office area of 5,300sqm from the front with dedicated 168 car parking bays.
